A message from the teams involved...

Our motto for the upcoming event : CCC 2011 ?!?

Harder  ! Better  ! Faster  ! Stronger !

The joined forces of Signal and BinaryVoice will create the best radio ever on a hackerfest.

Leading the radioproject will be gmc, =PsychiC= and Brenno, We strive to have a 24/7 setup with interesting talks during the day and the best in hackermusix in the evening night. Expect a lot of interaction with call-ins, on field reports, live musix, dj's and many more.

We will need a lot of ppl involved in content creation, teccies and playing musix. Because we will be broadcasting internationally (almost) all content will be in English language.

For more information what to expect check out our previous and currents projects @ W!T!H!2005, HAR2009,ETH0 summer 2010 and offcourse all Signal broadcasts.

Color coding

To be able to sort out the cable-salad after the fact, mark your cables and gear with a piece of coloured insulation tape. Check the table below for colors already claimed:

Color who
yellow Hxx studio gear (by way of gmc)
purple Sven
green+yellow Marcus Wolschon
red =PsychiC=
green Brenno

License

We will probably have a license from 8th - 15th of August, with a limit of 5W transmitting power.

GEMA will have been paid, so we can play all kinds of music.

We will be recording everything without any music due to licensing. A copy of these recordings will be on-line after the event.

Actions

Here's how this table works (best):

  • Status may only be one of: start, ongoing, done, cancelled or unknown (all in lower case)
  • Make sure that you increment all row numbers with each category, and don't recycle numbers of finished tasks.
  • Don't enter more than one username as owner, or else the username links will be broken! In case of more-than-one-owner situations, put additional owners in the comments field.
  • Use E_NO_OWNER (in capitals) as owner, if no owner has yet been assigned.
